    Shocking move !! In 5 years I have moved 5 times and this experience was the worst possible. Moved from Esperance to Geraldton and they managed to "LOSE" 7 large packing boxes- they unpacked my container in Perth and the incompetent staff did not put my boxes back. Drivers turned up with NO TOOLS had to borrow mine to take my bed apart. Nothing was wrapped they just put filthy felt blankets over everything including my new fabric bed head - dented my brand new fridge by putting trolley on front - who does that?.
    DISASTER from start to finish - stay away from this bunch of amateurs - they have NO customer service no one will return calls and are just not interested Ops manager will not call me after leaving 2 messages No pleased as I lost irreplaceable items bought in UK and Ireland as well as food, expensive alcohol glassware and laundry items

    Good place, beautiful pool, clean, excellent breakfast with choices and helpful staffs I strongly recommend this for family.
